The Combined Choir, featuring some of the best singers heard over the weekend, finished a fabulous feast of music, with 500 singers in 20 choirs, singing everything from classical to pop, political a cappella, folk, opera, madrigals, satire, jazz, chamber pieces and big choir works, with many original compositions and new arrangements. Each year we hear favourite choirs and choirs new to this festival - described by one veteran of choir festivals as "the friendliest choir festival in the world".
